Teacher’s are evaluated at periodical intervals through designed programs to improve their skill sets as required for their profile and certification are assigned based on the clearance of each program. The Skill-sets of teachers are evaluated based on the same and a skill-gap analysis report is prepared at the end of every Quarter.
